Is hypnotherapy safe?
Yes, hypnotherapy is a safe, non-invasive approach to addressing many issues. You remain fully awake and in control during sessions. Most clients find it a relaxing and empowering experience. However, it should not be used in place of or contrary to professional medical advice or treatment.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
Your issues are unique to you and will respond best to a tailored programme. So, the number of sessions will vary depending on your goals and what you are aiming to achieve. Some clients will notice positive changes after just one or two sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over several weeks. This will be discussed during the initial consultation session and agreed before treatment begins.
Do you offer online hypnotherapy sessions?
Yes. In addition to in-person sessions in Richmond, London, I also offer secure online hypnotherapy via video call. This means you can benefit from sessions wherever you are, in the comfort of your own home.
How should I prepare for my first session?
I offer a free initial consultation to understand your reasons for trying hypnotherapy. There’s nothing special you need to do – just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore positive change. For online sessions, make sure you have a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
Will I lose control under hypnosis?
No. You will remain in full control throughout the session. Hypnotherapy is not the same as stage hypnosis. You will not be made to do anything against your will. The hypnotherapy techniques used are a collaborative process where you choose your goals and outcomes.
